As you can see by the photo, the packaging is old and relabelled.
Also this item was listed to have had an upgrade in memory which explains the package opened.
Unfortunately the real reason for it opened is because this laptop that was sold to me was refurbished, not brand new. I learnt my lesson to never buy anything that has been opened up to be upgraded.
