Judge tells TPG they grossly misled "Unlimited" customers

TPG has been dragged through the courts by the ACCC and have been found out about their Very Dodgy "UNLIMITED" plans!

A little snippet from the article reads;
TPG was taken to the Federal Court by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, which alleged breaches of the Trade Practices Act and Australian consumer law.

They did go through the courts when they were called onetel years ago.
